The latest version of Kontakt player that is compatible with Sibelius 6 is the 32-bit version of Kontakt 4.x.

For instructions on incorporating VSTs such as Kontakt into Sibelius, see sections 4.14 and 4.15 of the Sibelius 6 Reference.
