Not sure what happened, but suddenly the bar numbers in the score I am working on are not showing any longer. As far I can see everything should work normally.

Just for once, this isn't about a broken repeat structure! I can get them back by messing around in the Engraving Rules/Bar Numbers page.

But the style and positioning is rather odd too. Have you another sib file from this project (with acceptable bar number display) from which you could Export a House Style to be Imported to this score?

I did't say there was a repeat structure problem, Laurence. (and breath...)

I looked of course in the engraving rules and the usual places, but could not get it fixed, that is why I posted the question here.

No, this is the only version I have, I don't keep copies or extra versions, that gave me only headaches in the past. I will see if I can find a solution. Thanks for looking into it.

No, you didn't suggest this was about the repeat structure. But disappearing bar numbers ARE so consistently caused that way that we tend to start typing 'it's because the repeat structure is broken' before even looking at the score!

You almost certainly DO have some earlier versions, saved automatically in your Backup Scores folder, from which a 'good' House Style could have been exported. But you say the problem has gone away? Good!

When I opened the file, the bar numbers are showing in all of the parts, but not the score. I don't see the bar number change in the score at the q=120 either.
