I get this message when trying to open Sibelius:
After deleting the indicated file, I was sent to the reactivation page. After submitting System and activation IDs,
message said "Cannot reach activation server.Please ensure you are connected to the internet (which I am, otherwise I wouldn't be talking to you)

What's the next step?

Did you manage to find C:\ProgramData\... (rather than C:\Program Files\....) OK? C:\ProgramData\ is normally hidden from the Windows user interface, and requires special finding.

Are you connected to the internet normally? The activation process does not work if you are using some of the VPN services that are advertised to consumers as a means of enhancing privacy.
