Sib. 2018.1: How to move to previous note while inputting fingering?

Hi,

I am currently learning how to input fingering on a piano score in Sibelius. Everything works well so far, but I find one thing confusing:
The manual says to use "spacebar" to move to the next note while in fingering input mode. But is there a way to move back to the previous note, in case I made a mistake and want to go back and fix it?

I tried "shift+spacebar", "backspace", "arrow keys" and "ctrl+z" - but unfortunately neither command moves the cursor to the previous note.

You might like to try the plug-in "Add Fingering to Notes"

Unlike Lyrics text, Fingering text does not have provision for back space editing. You have to manually select the note and start again. Same is true for legacy chord symbols.

Thanks for making that clear. I was just a bit confused, because I had indeed learned about inputting and editing lyrics earlier, so the Fingering text behaviour seemed a little counterintuitive.
