There are no sounds for the accordion instrument supplied with Sibelius. You need to look for 3rd-party solutions to purchase.

NotePerformer is one such.

Use saxophone. People usually complain (particularly when played like a keyboard instrument) that it sounds like a fairground organ. But it would pass for an accordion too.
