Cannot activate Sibelius after reinstalling Windows on my PCs

I have 1 PC and 1 laptop, and I did a clean Windows reinstall for them. (I forgot to deactivate Sibelius before doing so).

Now, I cannot activate Sibelius on one of the computers. If I activate on PC, Sibelius on laptop cannot be activated, and vice versa.

I have contacted the support here
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

But no reply since then. Any quicker way to resolve this issue?

You should have deactivated Sibelius before the clean Windows install ... but that's water under the bridge now.

Ingrid from Avid is active on these forums, she'll probably pop in at some point. Lots of people are still on holiday, this being the first week of the new year.

Hi! I have the same problem here. My laptop had a driver crash and I couldn't deactivate the Sibelius license before.

Could you please deactivate my license?
