Hi there,

Every 30 minutes for the last 4 days i have received a message saying. "License Renewal not successful, currently unable to reach avid license server and will attempt to renew sibelius later."

But it has been 4 days.

I have a feeling that it may be due to me not being able to afford the bill when it came through on Christmas Eve due to the bank delaying all my income because of the holidays, i did not have the money to cover it until the 27th of December. It told me to update my card details i did, but even 48hours later it still says the same message.

Sibelius still works for me and loads, but I am not sure how long it will do so for.

Edit: ironically one day after making this thread 'my free trail has expired'

I have been paying for it in monthly instalments since October, and i received a message 6hour ago from Avid saying.

Make sure that you are NOT connecting to the internet via a VPN.

I'm connected to the internet in my home by Wifi, that is provided by BT.
I don't have a clue if its a virtual private network.
But i doubt it.

I attempted to activate Sibelius and i saw this message on my application manager.
