A couple of small changes:

1. Hide Staves and Music, which would hide staves using a hidden instrument change, now has an option in Sib 7.1.3 or later to use Hide Empty Staves instead. Be sure to hide all the staff objects if you use this option.

2. Lock or Unlock Score and Parts. Fixed bugs where the Folder option and the Process Open Scores option did not work, and only the current score was processed.
