I am exporting from Fianale 25 MAC musicxml but Sibelius 8.7 can't see and read the musicxml file. Have tried all version in finale.

You need to rename the MusicXML file produced by Finale so that the extension .musicxml is renamed to .xml

Then Sibelius will be able to see it and import it.

Have found a solution. Changed the ending of the file from.musicxml to .xml
