Hard to think of a subject line: there's some odd behavior in m. 89 I don't understand; it's resistant to both reset note spacing and reset position. Selecting the hyphen and resetting that doesn't work either, nor does flipping stem direction...

In the Tenor staff, delete the "pse" syllable, back up to the preceding "i" syllable, and re-enter the lyric hyphen and "pse" syllable.

I have come across this problem many times when working on scores from other people.

I always do like this:

Select the syllable and cut it (cmd-x).
Select the note it belonged to and press cmd-l (for lyric input). Then paste the syllable back.

In this occasion the hyphen behaved properly. Otherwise I would cut the whole word or sentence before going to lyric input and pasting it all back ...
