I have a question regarding the following 1-measure excerpt from a band score. When I try to move the slider in the mixer for percussion 1, the percussion 3 slider also moves along with the percussion 1 slider (and vice-versa) even though they are different percussion instruments. (Percussion 1 is crash cymbals and percussion 3 is triangle.) Hence, I am wondering why these two instruments are linked in the mixer. I’m on Windows 10 using Sibelius 8.6 and using Note Performer but the same behavior occurs if I use Sibelius 7 sounds. Thanks for any suggestions anyone may have. Mark (The attached Sibelius file is saved in Sibelius 6 format for those who might have an earlier version of Sibelius.)

The question cannot be answered without full sight of the Playback Configuration.

When I try, after resetting the Mixer, the sliders are not linked. Therefore, I suspect a problem with the Playback Configuration.

Please show us a screen-shot of the Playback Configuration.

Or maybe you just need to "reset the Mixer".

Hi Robin. Thank you for your helpful reply. Simply 'resetting' the mixer did fix the issue. Your help is much appreciated. Mark
