I used to be able to have, for example, all Tpt's on a single stave and it would playback. I've checked the mixer settings but I can't get the playback to work.

Any advice would be appreciated

7.5 running on a iMac and MacBook Air. Garritan JABB3

Many Garritan sample libraries cannot play back multiple voices on one staff for certain monophonic instruments. Try using another sample library such as "Sibelius 7 Sounds".
