Re-activate Sibelius problem

Hi,

I had to re-install Windows 10. Now I re-installed Sibelius but I cannot activate it.

I did read that you have to de-activate Sibelius before you can activate it on a new PC.

By re-installing W10 everything is erased on my hard disc so I cannot de-activate Sibelius.

What do I do now?
