I have bought an upgrade from 7.5 to 8, have downloaded and installed, but cannot authorise, as Avid's email confirmation does not contain an Activation code, and Sib 8 does not show up in my Avid account. Any help would be appreciated.

If Sibelius 8 does not show up in your Avid account, then you might not have completed the purchase. Check carefully what the e-mail says.

Thanks Robin, good advice, but I had to go back to my original SCEP serial number to get Avid to register ver 8. It is all sorted now thank goodness, but it is a painful process
