Hi all,

I would like to be able to make a diagram like the one attched. Is it possible in Sibelius, and if so, how?

Do you just want to use chord diagrams or do you want to make an illustration for chord diagrams like in your attached image?

For the first case you can add a chord symbol, and then in the right click context menu select to show chord diagrams.

This is for the second case:

You can only fake it by using mixed objects like a chord diagram, texts for the string names and fret numbers, lines for the illustration lines.

Sibelius' default chord symbol has a thicker nut line, tha tyou can remove in the engraving rules under "guitar".
When you add any chord symbol you can remove any dots with "right click" (don't know on Mac)

But when you edit the "look" in the engraving rules ALL your chord symbols in your score are affected.

The string names, fret numbers and lines can be added like in a drawing program, but it will be hard to align all that. And when you want to move it, you must move all single elements.

So: Better install Inkscape or similar program, and create it there, export as SVG (=scalable vector graphics) or any other image format and import into Sibelius as graphic.
