Hi. I have lost my bar lines in the whole of one part. Any ideas how I get them back again. ? Fiona

Do the barlines appear in the score, or have they disappeared altogether?

Thanks for replying. They had disappeared altogether from one part. No handles - nothing. Default Barline type? - just the default I guess although I had double baronies etc too - but they all disappeared through the whole part.

I think I've fixed it though by dragging down a handle from the part above. Seemed to put them all back. Disconcerting though. If you know why this happened it would be good to know.

It happens when the Delete key is pressed while a handle at the end of a barline is selected.

If it happens again, ctrl/z is a quick fix.

You can delete the part and then re-add it.

Yes, that's how to do it. Don't start adding Special Barlines, even the 'Normal' sort (which are far from normal).
