Hi, I am aware that if I go to my preferences and click display, I can set custom view options for each score. For example, I can have my transport and a fretboard window open go to preferences click display click set custom view options for that score, and it will open up those windows the next time I open the score. Is there a way to set these view options globally, so every score opens with those windows? Or do I have to do it with each individual score?

You need to save the settings in two places: Under File->preferences->display and File->preferences->files.
