I had seen multiple recommendations here on this forum for this application and it seemed like a smart file backup application to use with Sib.

I was happy with the thought of it until I realized that it doesnt seem to save a copy of my Sib files to a different folder, but rather seems to actually write over the original Sib file itself, with the same name, and saves it.
So that if Ive set a 5 minute time to save files, any changes Ive made to a file during that time are then saved, and I lose the original file. And then it keeps repeating this procedure every 5 minutes.

I searched the forum again, and users here claim they save to Dropbox, etc but I think they only are relocating FS2's database there, and that FS2 is possibly overwriting their Sib files also.

I contacted support--which actually seems VERY horrible-- and they finally replied and said that yes FS2 does overwrite files.
So I asked repeatedly if there was a folder I could choose to actually SAVE a copy of my Sib file, and NOT overwrite it.

They havent replied although Ive tried more than once with this same question.

Can any FS2 user here verify if their SIb files are actually being overwritten, or if youre able to save an actual copy of your Sib file to a different location, Id appreciate that also.

I'm hoping I'm doing something wrong and this program doesnt actually write over files, but Im really not sure.
