Since using Sibelius 8.4.2. I have a problem which really makes me nervous: when playing a score, the pitch of a staff changes accidentally compared to the other staffs which results in a horrible sound hurting my ears. This effect is not reproducable and seems not to depend on the selected sound.
Has someone oberved this effect and has a solution for this?

If you have a MIDI keyboard plugged in, try unplugging it, then opening a score, and playing it back in Sibelius.

If the problem is fixed, then it was caused by the MIDI keyboard "pitch bend" wheel.

Thank you, I think that fixed the problem. My MIDI keyboard seems to send pitch bend commands although I did not touch the pitch bend wheel.

The modulation wheel perhaps add vibrato on some patches.
