How do you create scores other than the Sibelius defaults? Specifically, how do you create a treble clef duet staff?

Start with a blank page, use Add/Remove Instruments to add any selection of instruments you like. Perhaps you'd choose two instances of 'Unnamed (treble staff)' from the 'Others' category. See attachment.
