Hi there,

I'm having trouble with the 'lines' function. I have attached an image of the appearance of the dropdown menu for choosing lines. They all seem to be screwed up and it has greatly affected the pedal lines for piano.

They have all disconnected and when selected, it looks like they all appear to start after the intended points, creating white spaces between the pedal lifts. This has also completely messed up the playback. It has affected all lines it would seem such as arrows. I can't think of any changes I made that would warrant this problem.

Any help would be great!!

Does this issue affect all scores, or just one score?

If it affects all scores, I would wonder about a Mac OS font problem.

If it affects just one score, please attach that score so that we can see what is wrong with it.

You might find that importing one of the standard House Styles fixes the issue.

I've attached the score. It has happened in other scores and has also meant that I am unable to get handles on lines such as arrows and rits. Causes of lots of problems!

There is something wrong with the House Style of this score. It is clear that, at some time in the past, this score (or the template from which it was constructed) has had Bob Zawalich's Harp Technique house style imported into it, but none of the required fonts are set up correctly - being set incorrectly to Plantin.

When I tested the import of a standard House Style, the Lines Gallery displayed correctly.

I wonder if you can recollect what change it was that triggered all the difficulties to appear, and whether you can recover a back-up of this file from before those things went wrong.
