how to cycle through parts following 8.4.2 upgrade
Posted by Gary Starling - 14 Oct 10:27AM
I have just upgraded to 8.4.2. and the keyboard shortcut ⌥+cmd+` to cycle through the parts isn't working for me any more. Has anybody else had this problem?

It works for me: I tried it yesterday. Which version of Mac OS is this? Can you also check that this short-cut is defined in the Keyboard Shortcut are of Preferences?

Hi Robin, thanks for replying. I have macOS Sierra Version 10.12. I have checked the shortcuts and Next Part is specified as above.

Same thing here. I'm still on 8.3.
Could it have changed after the Mac OS Sierra 10.12 update?
Never had this problem before.

Maybe those who are having problems with this shortcut on macOS should check the system-wide keyboard shortcuts of the macOS in case one has over-ridden the Sibelius one.

Thanks Robin, I tried it several ways but it does not seem to work.
I'll download 8.4 soon. Maybe the problem is solved then.

I'm having this problem in Sibelius 7.5 as well. I'm on Sierra. Does anyone have a solution?

I had this problem too. And the 8.5 update fixed it for me. Yay!
