G'day.

I am trying to get a tuplet of 8/7 quavers in a time signature of 7/8.

Having problems.

Hopefully some of the skilled users out there can assist.

Select your voice 2 note. Goto NoteInput/Triplets/Other. Type "8:7" in the box. Choose preferred format (number/ratio/&c).

Did you know also that a double dotted half note fills a measure of 7/8 time (rather than dotted half tied to 8th)?
There is a problem tho' that the first note of you octuplet crashes into the voice 1 notes. This can be fixed (not easily) in general properties (inspector).
