My laptop says that it has to be reset to "day one" - it won't start, and it can't self-repair. Is there a way to free the Sibelius activation from another computer - remotely?

At the left-hand side of the web page that you are reading now, there is a link "LEARN & SUPPORT". Go there, and then follow "Help" -> "Contact Support" -> "CONTACT US" -> "CREATE A CASE".

Make sure that you have your Sibelius System ID to hand.

It's quite likely that when you come to re-install Sibelius on the computer it will be recognized as already registered. But, if, not, follow Robin's instructions. This sort of incident is not uncommon.
