drummap & percussion sounds

I can hear the correct sound when I type in the note with a midi keyboard, but sibelius does not play it. also when I click on the not, it will not sound. some notes do anyway, but I cannot find the difference between those that sound and those that do not.

Please attach a Sibelius .sib score file which demonstrates the issue, and direct us to the location of the issue with instructions for reproducing the problem.

Please attach screen-shots of the following Sibelius dialogue windows:
1. Playback Devices;
2. Audio Engine Options.

thank you for answering instantly. find the scord attached to this reply, also some screenshots.
this score is only a try-out for the drum sounds. I configurated this instrument called Drum Set 5L thomat 13/9
I can hear the sound of i.e. the low tom when setting it up in the system type editor, but later when sibelius shal play it there is no sound anymore.

Certain of your custom noteheads (31-40,48,49,51-6) have the "Plays" attribute unset in the notehead definition: so they do not play, no matter how the drum-map is configured. You might find that you first have to enable "Transposes" in order to set the "Plays" attribute.

There are, of course, some other noteheads in your score that do not play simply because there is no matching notehead/pitch combination in the drum map.
