I want to open Sibelius 8.4 save file in older version 8 .
How can I ?
It's ask me to update my Sibelius. Is there any way without
updating.

You need to open the file in a copy of Sibelius 8.4. Then you can Export: Earlier version: 8.0.

You might as well accept the 8.4 update really. Each incremental update has added a small thing, introduced a new small problem. But they ARE only small.
