Sib. 7.1.3: Sibelius Sounds Baritone Staccato samples not correctly loading

Hi

When using the baritone saxophone the staccato samples are not always being correctly loaded into the RAM. This results into no sound for some pitches. Is this a known issue? I have not got this problem with any other sibelius sounds instrument

1. Is this on Mac OS or on Windows?

2. How many staves are there in the score?

3. Does the problem with staccato baritone saxophone still occur on a new score with only a few staves? If so, please attach that score.

1. Windows 10

2. The score is for wind band so 20+ staves

3. The problem does not occur with only a few staves, leading me to believe this is a RAM issue

If you attach the score that exhibits the problem (or e-mail it to me if you do not wish it to be in public view), then I will look at it to see if I can see anything that causes the problem.

Same problem here -- Bari Sax staccato notes don't play back.

Robin, have you been able to determine what the problem is?
