Language problem in instrument window in Sibelius 8.4.1

I see some instrument names in the "instrument" window in Japanese. I can change the name in my score, but I can't read the Japanese. I have to choose the instrument to see in which key and with what clef it's written.

Can anybody help me?

From where did the score originate, or has been edited? By a Japanese version of Sibelius?

It came from a Japanese composer. What surprises me is that most of the instruments are in English, but not all of them.

You may be able to identify the instrument by selecting the staff and goto Edit Instrument.

In my experience these foreign language changes are duplicates and not replacements. So, although annoying, the English instrument definitions and names should still be intact. I've done many scores with German writers and often find that text gets duplicated in the menus. Over the years I've had templates that have several instances of the same instrument (in English) which seems an allied problem.

These are 4 Japanese 'katakana' names for Eoropean instruments:
Furûto = Flute
Ôboi = Oboe
Ingirishû horun = English horn
Kurarinetto (Bb) = Clarinet (Bb)
