By the look of the screen-shot, this score has multiple instances of hidden staves assigned to "No instrument (hidden)"

Why have you done this?

That will happen if you add multiple ossias in different location. Every time you add an ossia it create a new small staff with No instrument hidden instrument changes.

There is a plugin which will rationalise or consolidate your ossias onto one staff. It is called Consolidate Ossias and is under Home->Plugins if you have installed it.
