Avid's promotional material makes several references to Sib 8's ability to work with the Surface Pen on the Surface Pro 3. But it seems that the SP3 is no longer in production -- or at least is pretty much unobtainable in the Microsoft Store. It seems probable that the SP3 is being shoved aside in favour of the Surface Pro 4 that came out last fall.

Does anyone have any comment to offer on how the current version of Sibelius works with the SP4? Or with the Surface 3 (the SP3's younger brother)? The S3 has a slightly smaller screen and a processor with about the same capability as the cheapest SP3. All of these can use the Surface Pen.

They are all the same as far as Sibelius 8 is concerned. I use Sibelius 8 on a Surface Book.
