I just downloaded Sibelius 7.5.1 for my new Macbook Pro and am having troubles getting the Sounds library set up. I downloaded it from the website, but the file is not being recognized by my computer. It's just sitting in limbo in my downloads folder.

That looks like some form of incomplete or aborted download.

The download is very large, about 23 GBytes, and can take many hours to download, even on a fast broadband connection.

If the file you refer to is not still downloading, then you might need to start the download all over again. Configure the Mac not to go to sleep or standby until the download is complete.
