I am editing a hymnal booklet and using sibelius files I am downloading from the internet (public domain). Since I am making my own booklet with its own order, I was right-clicking (mac: double finger tap) and selecting text and then selecting "other system text" and then "song number." On one of the files I downloaded, there is no "song number" under "other system text." Could someone help me figure this out?

I don't think the Song Number text style normally exists in Sibelius. It looks like it has been added to some of the files you have downloaded.

You could try exporting the house style from one of the files that has got this text style and then importing it into the file that doesn't have the text style. You should then find that "song number" appears under "other system text".
