Strange.....
I have just watched a video on line on how to adjust playback velocity.
Clicked on Inspector but there is no "check box" to tick in order to activate?
Under playback all there is Play on Pass tick boxes followed by fermata, followed by boxes to adjust duration and gap??

You will have to turn on "Live Playback" from the "Play" tab first ...
