Get User Folder Names can be downloaded from http://www.sibelius.com/download/plugins/index.html?plugin=93
or installed in Sib 7+ from File >Plug-ins>Install Plug-ins in category Other.

It gives you a dialog box with the names of several folders on your machine. See attached screenshot for my names in Windows 7 on Sib 7.5.

I have believed that the folder names are wrong for non-English systems, but now I am not sure. So could someone using a non-English OS and Sibelius version please install and run the plugin and email me a screenshot of the dialog, or copy all the contents of the edit boxes into an email?

I would really like to have examples in both Windows and OSX in Sib 6 or earlier and in Sib 7 or later. I already have these for English version. Please let me know which OS version you are using.
