I'd like to upgrade to Sibelius 8 and not the monthly option as promised when I upgraded to 7.5. I could not get connected at the time of the upgrade. Could not get logged into my account with Avid which I'm not sure even existed as I had a non-disclosure agreement with the old development team and not sure how my account was managed on your end. Anyway, I was never able to get connected despite many, many attempts and waiting for you to work on it, so to speak.

Can you please look up my details that I can't access and tell me what my options are?

Also, as with earlier versions of Sibelius, am I able to run both 8.X and 7.5 on the same machine for when issues arise with El Capitan?
