This is such a wonderful plug-in. Very, very useful.
Unfortunately I have recently noticed, that it will not keep quarter tones from the copy source.

Would this be a complicated thing to fix?

Not complicated; impossible. Plug-ins are not capable of creating quarter tones. They can read them but they cannot create them. It is only been fairly recently that we have been able to create things like tuplets.

I do not expect plugins as they exist now will ever create quarter tones.
