I've had my computer reset to factory settings. Thus I've lost sibelius 7. I can't reinstall because I am one of the two users allowed. I have tried to install but get this message when loading disc 2. unpacking data error 13 permission denied. Any help would be appreciated.

Strangely enough, you may still be able to install and activate. Sibelius could well recognize your computer's "signature" even after the reset.

Download the latest version you're entitled to (no need for original disks) and get the main program running. Then we'll worry about the Sounds.

This message in fact means that your DVD-drive could not read the DVD-disk.

First try mildly cleaning the disk with a soft cloth: wipe radially in/out only.

If that does not fix it, then try reading the DVD-disk in another DVD-drive, and transferring the contents of the DVD-disk to a USB memory stick. Then perform the installation from the USB memory stick copy.
