I am writing a band piece where I use the rhythm (attached) below multiple times. Is there a way to beam the eight and 3 sixteenth triplets together, in a batch way.

Put in the time signature again - and in 'more options' - 'beam and rest groups' - uncheck 'separate tuplets from adjacent notes' Then say yes to 'rewrite following bars'
I can't see which beat your example falls on.
