Application Manager Problem
Posted by vmiller - 18 Nov 02:56PM
I am running my Sibelius 8 license server on a Windows Server 2012r2. It is a virtualized server, and I have an issue where the hardware clock setting on the hypervisor was changed and now Application Manager exits with an error : "Your computer's clock appears to have been set back, which has caused licenses to become invalid. Please verify the accuracy of your computer's clock and try again."

The clock changes have been reverted, and the servers clock and timezone are correct and I am still getting the error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the license server software with no luck.

Any ideas how to get this back up and running?

*sigh* if only they would reply in a timely manner (or at all for that matter)

Hmm. In the two days it took support to get back to me, the problem seems to have fixed itself.
