Sometime when I scan a piece of music and bring it in to Sibelius, a key signature change part way through the music doesn't come in. If I don't notice it in Photoscore, it puts a whole series of sharps or flats in the music to compensate. I haven't been able to figure out an easy way to correct that without going to each one and deleting them. There has to be an easier way.

You should be able to insert a key-change in Sibelius, and all the accidentals will automatically go away.

You will probably find that the troublesome ones are when a keychange occurs at the end/start of a system, so when you are proofreading you need to pay particular attention to those places. Often, as well, these will come in as 'one staff only' key changes which are even more difficult to find in Sib.

I generally go through the scan and make all key changes explicit whether they have been picked up by PS or not. Another thing to watch is when an accidental occurs at the start of a system as this also causes a similar problem. Careful proofreading is the best solution, using the original score for comparison.
