Sib. 6.x: Cannot summor "register" window in 6.2 for Mac (Yosemite OS)

I have Sibelius 6.2 on a MacBook Pro which uses the Yosemite OS. It has been working fine for several months.

I have had a series of hardware issues; after each repair, I was able to reregister Sibelius, until today. I get through the online portion, but in the program itself, when I click on "register" (in the help menu) no window appears. Is there another way to summon the register window?

Sibelius 6 activation has not worked on Mac OS since Mac OS 10.6.

You will need to use the "register via web-browser" route.

I DID register through the website, but I can't enter the registration number I received, since there is no place to enter that number in the software.

How can I get the registration box to appear so I can enter the reg. number?

To clarify, after going through the online process, when I click on the "help" menu within Sibelius, and select "Register", no window appears. I have registered successfully several times using this method. It has always worked before. TH

I monitored Tina's case and yes, the issue was caused by Sibelius 6 no longer being supported on Yosemite 10.
