I have a copy of 6.1 that I never used. I'm able to install it and activate it but it never shows up in my account so I can use that SN to upgrade to 8. I called support a week ago and was promised it would be manually added to my account that day. It was not. Any thoughts on how I use that SN to upgrade to 8 while leaving my 7.5.1 SN intact (my current 7.5x was upgrade from 7 which was upgraded from a different SN of 6).
