In the recent past, Sibelius Preferences (those set in File - Preferences) have been stored on a Mac at

~/Library/Preferences com.avid.sibelius7.plist
~/Library/Preferences com.avid.sibelius7.5.plist

In Sibelius 8, are they stored at

~/Library/Preferences com.avid.sibelius8.plist or

~/Library/Preferences com.avid.sibelius.plist (no version number)?

Also, since I don't have a Mac that can run anything after Sib 6, in 7 or 7.5 is there a space between the word "sibelius" and the number?

For Sibelius 8, they are at:

~/Library/Preferences/com.avid.sibelius.plist

Note the slash after "Preferences" which was missing from your post above.

Also, for 7.5, the location was:

~/Library/Preferences/com.avid.sibelius75.plist

without the decimal point.
