I was working on a score and clicked on the Play button and suddenly there was no sound! The only thing I had done beforehand was to modify the note values in a clarinet part. Now nothing plays. WHAT DID I DO??

If you are running Sibelius 7.5, have you installed the Bass Clarinet patch?

I posted the original cry for help. I solved my problem by getting out of Sibelius, turning off the PC and then restarting. But after reading the answers to the thread, I immediately downloaded and installed the Bass Clarinet patch. I hope that will prevent any future problems.

I do apologize for not including any sample. I use this Help area so seldom that I forget to attach a copy of the file I'm asking about. I shall try to remember in the future.
