I'm playing back a written out piano part and particularly ¼ notes played after a 3 beat note will only play as if they were an 1/8 note or staccato.This happens on other notes also. Why would they play short when they are written as longer notes? Any help would be appreciated. Using 7.5 on a Macbk pro. Thank you. Neville

It could be that some text item earlier in the score has invoked a Sibelius playback mode (e.g. Waltz, or Swing) which has had this effect. Please attach the Sibelius .sib score file that suffers from this problem is you want further advice.
