Having a few metronome issues.

#1. It doesn't even beat consistently. How can I record if the metronome is not consistent.

#2. Half the stuff I play in is 1/16 off. I've tried calibrating the keyboard and that seems to have made it worse.

Help.

Seems you are playing through a high-latency audio system, doubtless the onboard audio chip on a PC.

Google for "ASIO4ALL" and try it. It's free,and reversible. If that doesn't help, please ask again.

Also, make sure that you are not using playback configuration "General MIDI (Basic)" on Windows: that is guaranteed to give you huge latency.
