Neither of these appear in the original file.
I'm not certain what V>S> means or why it appears at the bottom of one page for both parts but not the full score.
Sheet Music Plus requires a copyright notice at the bottom of each page. On one page, there was a collision between the notice and printed notation so I moved it slightly to the right. No problem on the main score and ne of the parts. However, the second parts shows a double listing.
V.S. = volti subito - It means turn over the page quickly.
Where possible, a right hand page should finish with a group of rests to allow the player to turn, the v.s. will then disappear.
It appears in parts (not the score) in the Sibelius supplied manuscripts.
You can retain it on a part by part basis but to turn off in all parts:
Parts>Part Appearance> All Parts>Auto Breaks.
Bottom right - uncheck 'Add warning to Parts'
You can export your score as manuscript to save this setting.
If you look in score you will have 2 instances of Copyright. They may be on top of each other so not visible - move apart then delete one of them.

The 8va problem should be solved by widening the gap between the staves (drag the lower staff down).
That item of text has not generated itself. There must be two copies of it somewhere. Try running the 'what is where' plugin.

In this score, there are multiple Copyright text objects, one for each page of the Full Score. So multiple Copyright messages appear superimposed on each other in Parts which occupy many fewer pages than the Full Score.
If you want Copyright text to appear on every page, then you should create a Text Style for a centred running footer, and then enter just ONE of those on page 1. Then it will appear only once per page throughout the rest of the Full Score and Parts.

Or you can try 'optimise staves' that should solve the problem. Best to do that before any manual tweaking. If you have locked bars onto a page it might not work.
I find it best to let Sibelius do its thing before manual positioning. If you consistantly get unwelcome results, try tweaking magnetic layout defaults and distance between staves. You need defaults which work for you 'most of the time'

I tried that already. The score prints out without problems. The problem remains in the parts.

The underlying problem is that the Parts are too crowded vertically. Both (a) there are too many systems per page, and (b) there is not enough configured space between staves of the system, for the amount of material there: both fingering and octava lines.
The staves need to be spread more evenly over the pages available. For the first part, there are three pages, the last of which has only one system, and the first two are over-crowded.
Then the staff spacing needs to be reconfigured in the Parts. It is currently set to a bare minimum of 5.5 spaces, which is too small for both fingering and octava. Increase it to at least 7.
Other issues with this score which are preventing correct layout:
a. some note fingerings are attached to the wrong staff;
b. hairpins are randomly attached to either the upper or lower staff: this prevent magnetic layout aligning them sensibly. Make them all attached to the upper staff.
c. In bar 15 of Part II, there is a misplaced end-of-pedal star mark, on the wrong staff.
It is unfortunate that Sibelius does not treat octava lines as magnetically repelling staves during Optimize Layout, so one has to configure the staff separation manually.

Changing the distance between the staves in the score will have absolutely no effect on the parts. It is one of the things that remains separate between score and parts - as it should.
