It is mentioned on some of their web pages, e.g. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Sib8cg
Sib 8 Crossgrade from Finale, Encore, Notion, or Mosaic: "Sale price" $199, or "annual subscription" $119.99.

My favorite feature is "Dotted-note support"! Finally (Finale?), after all these years, I will be able to write a dotted quarter note with confidence!

Franky except for authorization issues the best support has ALWAYS been available through the forum. Same with Finale.
