Hello, When I open files that were previously fine, the double bars, meter signatures and rehearsal letters are missing (I think titles as well). Is there something that I selected by accident that is doing this to all of my files? this is quite a problem as you might imagine! best wishes, John

Please attach a Sibelius .sib score file which demonstrates the issue.

What operating system is in use?

Here's a file that is now missing double bars (for example at key signature changes and at the end) and rehearsal letters that were previously there.

One additional bit of info: when I open versions of these files that I created in March they're ok, even if I change a note and save and reopen. I've performed substantial editing since March and hope to not have to revert to these files. Let me know what you can find, thanks again, John

There is a downloadable plugin: Filter System Objects. If you run this on your score, then press Ctrl(Cmd)-Shift-H to toggle the Hidden attribute on all selected objects, I think your problem may be solved (see attachment).

Might this plugin, or a similar one, have been used on your score?

Lawrence, Thanks for the potential fix--I don't think that is what happened. What worries me is that more than one file now has the invisified objects. I don't want to keep creating the problem as I revise. Any other theories as to how it could happen to multiple files? John

Am I right that it is completely and exclusively the System objects that are getting hidden? If so, at least the plugin provides a very quick and easy fix.

One hunch - did the hidden objects happen just after you went through the score adding cues?

Not then, the scores that don't have the invisified System Objects already had cues in them. I was doing post performance edits when the problem started. I'll try the plugin. Thanks, John
