For the people that asked for Solfeggio Noteheads I thought to summarize it here.

Besides my own creation ("SimpleSolfeggioTi"; download: https://goo.gl/YE2vCK) you can find a set here made by Alvaro Buitrago:

He has 2 versions (Ti and Si) that both make use of the Bravura/Taneyev font which has to be installed.

Like my set it works by manually importing a housestyle first and then running Sibelius' Ribbon button "Add Notenames to Noteheads".
If you want to use it on other keys than C, first apply it, then transpose your score. Easy!
